Payap University is Thailand’s first accredited, private liberal arts and pre-professional university. It was officially established in 1974 by the Church of Christ in Thailand, but its history dates back to 1888 with the founding of the Thailand Theological Seminary.

Today, Payap University enrolls approximately 6000 students and offers 22 Thai language undergraduate degrees in addition to four international undergraduate degrees taught in English. Students will enjoy an academic environment where there is a focus on individual attention and small class sizes. Students will also have access to state of the art computing and research facilities comparable to any major university in Thailand or the west. The 120 acre campus is very attractive with lots of green space and great views of the mountains of Northern Thailand.
