 | Bridging Cultures Program All semester/year abroad participants begin their in-country experience participating in the GlobaLinks Learning Abroad Bridging Cultures Program. This multi-day program combines discussion and discovery as we explore the cultural richness of the country where you will be living and studying. Here you will meet the other participants on your program, address important topics such as health and safety, cultural differences, and academic expectations while experiencing some truly amazing sites. |
 | Health Insurance GlobaLinks Learning Abroad provides all participants with a comprehensive international health insurance policy administered by HTH Worldwide. The policy has no exclusions for pre-existing conditions and covers 100% of reasonable expenses up to the policy limits. The policy includes 24/7 doctor referral assistance, emergency evacuation, and repatriation. |
 | Personal Program Counseling Nothing can take the place of personal advising from an experienced individual who has lived abroad and is an expert on your program. Your GlobaLinks Learning Abroad coordinator can answer all of your questions and will assist you with determining the best university/program for you. Once you have made your program selection and have been accepted to a program, your AsiaLearn coordinator assists you, your parents, and your advisors through all aspects of the orientation and preparation for your program abroad. Individual attention is paid to each student, and guidance is provided to students of all races, as well as GLBT students and those with specific religious /cultural needs, learning or physical disabilities. |

 | Travel and Airport Pick-up GlobaLinks Learning Abroad provides flight assistance in partnership with STA Travel. The cost of your flight is not included in the GlobaLinks Learning Abroad program fee and will depend on your city of origination. Upon arrival in the host country, all semester/year abroad students will be met at the airport at a designated time. |
