Payment Process and Refund Policies for Semester and Year Abroad Programs

You will be billed for the appropriate program fees. In all cases, program fees are due before your departure unless a guarantee of funds is provided for students with financial aid. Our refund policy will also be explained with the payment schedule. AsiaLearn will accept Visa and MasterCard (online payments) for your program expenses.
