An International Experience in Asia Can Enrich
Your Degree and Future in Visual Art.

As a Visual Arts major, you are passionate about the various forms of art that are threaded through culture, both familiar and foreign. You embrace opportunity to explore new perspectives and create expressions of these world and life views in your own unique way. With international experience and immersion into another culture, the world can be both your inspiration and your stage.

More than any time in the past, employers are seeking candidates with a global viewpoint, international experience and understanding of other cultures.

Studying abroad is one of the very best ways you can give yourself a leg up in the field you choose after graduation. Asia, in particular, continues to play an increasingly-critical role in the international community and therefore speaking an Asian language and understanding Eastern cultures are much-needed global skills that can benefit you greatly in your career.

Why Study Abroad in Asia? Whether you choose a semester or year abroad, or take a summer short course you’ll not only give yourself a significant advantage career-wise, but you will also have a once-in-a-lifetime experience that’s never more in reach than during your college years.
