In addition to the resources on our website, each student upon application will be paired with an Enrollment Services Coordinator to help them through the entire process. Students should be actively involved with us in the pre-trip process to make it happen successfully. Students will have a MyLearn account where they can view program details, monitor their application status, manage their program through an online "To Do List", read through a comprehensive Participant Guide including information about academics, accommodation, health and travel insurance, financial aspects and scholarships living and learning abroad, immigration and customs, travel and airline tickets, and cultural orientation and preparation. There is a wealth of information provided in order to prepare the students for the best possible transition to this life changing experience. Many of our participants find that obtaining the support of family and friends is crucial to the success of an academic experience abroad.
